Data Deletion Request

At MVP Online Business, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your data from our services, including data collected through our applications integrated with Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.


Your Right to Data Deletion

Under various privacy laws including GDPR (Europe), CCPA/CPRA (California), LGPD (Brazil), and others, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. We honor these rights regardless of your location.


How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Username (if applicable)
  • The specific service(s) for which you want data deleted
  • Any additional information to help us locate your data

Option 2: Through Facebook/Meta

If you connected to our services through Facebook, you can request data deletion directly through your Facebook settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings
  2. Navigate to Settings & Privacy → Settings
  3. Click on Apps and Websites
  4. Find MVP Online Business in the list
  5. Click Remove and confirm you want us to delete your data

When you remove our app through Facebook, we automatically receive a data deletion callback and will process your request.

Option 3: In-App Request

If available in your region, you can request data deletion directly within our application:

  1. Open the app and go to Settings
  2. Navigate to Privacy or Account
  3. Select Delete My Data or Delete Account
  4. Follow the confirmation prompts

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying your deletion request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained for limited periods even after a deletion request, as required by law or legitimate business purposes:

Processing Time

We process data deletion requests as follows:

  • Acknowledgment: Within 48 hours of receiving your request
  • Verification: 1-3 business days to verify your identity
  • Processing: Up to 30 days to complete deletion from active systems
  • Backup Purge: Up to 30 additional days to remove from backup systems

Total maximum time: 60 days (in compliance with GDPR and CCPA requirements)


Verification Process

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Verification may include:

  • Confirming your email address through a verification link
  • Matching account information you provide
  • Requesting additional identification for sensitive requests

If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to process your request.


Confirmation

Once your data deletion request has been processed, you will receive:

  1. Email Confirmation: A confirmation email sent to your registered email address
  2. Confirmation Code: A unique code for your records (format: DEL-XXXXXX-XXXX)
  3. Status Page: A link to check your deletion status (valid for 90 days)

Please save your confirmation code. You can use it to verify that your deletion request was processed if you have any questions in the future.


Facebook Data Deletion Callback

If you connected to our services through Facebook and remove our app, Facebook sends us a data deletion callback. This automated process:

  1. Immediately flags your account for deletion
  2. Initiates our standard deletion process
  3. Generates a confirmation URL and code
  4. Reports completion status back to Facebook

You can verify the deletion status using the confirmation URL provided by Facebook after removing our app.


Consequences of Data Deletion

Please be aware that once your data is deleted:

  • Account Access: You will no longer be able to access your account or any associated services
  • Content Loss: All your content, progress, and history will be permanently removed
  • Purchases: Access to purchased content or subscriptions will be lost (refunds subject to our refund policy)
  • Messages: Your messages may still appear in other users’ conversations (marked as “deleted user”)
  • Irreversible: This action cannot be undone

If you only want to stop using our services temporarily, consider deactivating your account instead of requesting deletion.


Check Deletion Status

If you have already submitted a deletion request, you can check its status by:

  • Clicking the status link in your confirmation email
  • Emailing [email protected] with your confirmation code
  • For Facebook-initiated deletions, checking through your Facebook settings
